We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with in-depth expertise in Eagle PACE and data domain knowledge to join our team. This role is critical in a turnaround situation within a dynamic and evolving team.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive data-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with a team undergoing significant transformation, bringing stability and structure to the current "team in red."
  • Utilize in-depth experience with Eagle PACE to contribute to data solutions and improvements.
  • Produce high-quality BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and other BA documentation.
  • Contributing to our internally built offerings as we build a collection of best-in-class solutions
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
  • Actively get involved in the new consulting community
Requirements
  • Strong background in financial services or consulting, with hands-on experience in Eagle PACE.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the following data domains:
    • Foreign Exchange (FX)
    • Cash Management
    • Benchmark Data
    • Positions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams through change, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in a professional environment delivering business outcomes
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), particularly Charles River and Bloomberg AIM.

Location:

You will be based in the NextWave Americas New York office, however, travel may be required for client based projects and some projects will be located fully at client office locations.
