Our Asset & Wealth Management Practice is looking to hire exceptional people to be part of our exciting journey and bring excellence to our clients. You will ideally have experience working as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a Leading Asset or Wealth Manager, Consultancy Firm or Solutions Vendor to the Asset & Wealth sector. Your experience will include:
Responsibilities
- Leading initiatives to deliver the agree overall business outcomes.
- Managing all aspects of the delivery acting as the accountable Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Managing multiple projects or initiatives in a programme of work.
- Working with our clients to define clear business outcomes and critical success factors at the start of the project.
- Building and executing project plans co-ordinating status, issues, risks and providing clarity to everyone involved of their responsibilities to effectively deliver successful business outcomes under an Agile framework
- Ensuring projects / initiatives remain within the agreed scope, defined financial targets and budgetary scope as well as within agreed plan and scheduling boundaries.
- Ensuring the quality of all aspects of the delivery are outstanding.
- Managing stakeholders and providing regular and appropriate updates on progress, issues, risks and actions.
- Mentoring and coaching of the project team.
- Producing all project artefacts and ensuring clear communication of key project outputs.
- Designing and proposing potential solutions to problems and issues identifying various pros, cons and risks.
- Providing clarity to everyone involved of their responsibilities to effectively deliver successful business outcomes under an Agile framework
- Contributing to our internally built offerings as we build a collection of best-in-class solutions.
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Actively get involved in the new consulting community.

Candidate Profile
- Ability to delivery and manage initiatives using an Agile approach or traditional Project Management methodologies.
- Ability to set up a project / initiatives for success including appropriate governance structures and a clear sponsor alignment on business outcomes and success criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and leadership skills
- Broad understanding of Asset Management business, with in-depth knowledge in one or two areas of the business
- Ideally an up to date knowledge of the regulatory environment for Asset Managers and Wealth – for example an understanding of AIFMD, MiFID/ICARA process , CASS, PRIIPS etc as they relate to the Investment Management Industry
- Strong technology, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation
- Confidence working with complex data and systems
- Degree level qualification
- Excellent problem solving skills and evidenced ability to break problems down into logical steps
- Excellent organiser and evidenced ability to co-ordinate and deliver complex outcomes.
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral, to clearly communicate status, problems and requirements.

Location:
You will be based in the NextWave London office; 100 Bishopsgate, however travel may be required for client based projects and some projects will be located fully at client office locations - usually in the City of London or Canary Wharf.
