Automation & Solution Architect (Chennai, Bangalore, Pune)
Role Description
Senior technical lead responsible for scaling enterprise automation solutions. Accountable for end‑to‑end technical delivery across demand intake, requirements analysis, build, testing, production deployment, and run‑the‑business change. Provides consultative input during scoping to ensure solutions are feasible, well‑governed, and aligned to enterprise technology standards. Owns technical documentation and testing evidence, and supports controlled releases. Works closely with delivery leads, business analysts, and platform teams to ensure stable and maintainable automation.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Experience leading and designing enterprise automation solutions, including remediation in controlled environments
- Acts as solution architect across Python‑ and automation‑platform‑based solutions (e.g., Alteryx or similar)
- Strong understanding of enterprise process landscapes and core data systems
- Ability to identify, prioritise, and shape automation opportunities into a delivery roadmap
- Experience with AI‑assisted automation and prompt‑driven solutions
- Capability to design automation pipelines covering discovery, assessment, remediation, and evidence generation
- Experience defining human‑in‑the‑loop models for AI outputs (review, approval, exception handling)
- Strong understanding of testing lifecycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT)
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery governance experience
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe exposure desirable
